Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.  This ruling applies to all our products.  To do this, please e-mail our support team at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .   However please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot refund any postage costs incurred by us in delivery to you or by you in returns to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Once you have cancelled your order, please pack the relevant item securely, enclose your Returns Form and send the goods back to us as soon as possible.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order (and the goods have been safely returned) , we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods at our address.
