Returns Policy

There will always be occasions when what you order is not what you want, the wrong size, the wrong weight, or the wrong colour.  Please use the procedure below to get goods back to us

How to return good to us:

1.     Print and complete our Goods Returns Form (you can download the form by clicking on the icon below).

2.     Take your parcel with the Returns Form enclosed to your nearest Post Office.

3.     Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded/Registered (we would advise that you avail of any insurance for the goods you are returning).

4.     Please make sure that you retain the Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

 

Note – Unless you are returning faulty goods we are unable to reimburse any postage incurred.  If you have cancelled your order and need to return the goods, please click here to see Your Right To Cancel section

You are important to us as so is our reputation for producing high quality sporting goods so it is important to us that you feel confident shopping with Platinum Sports.  You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, but the goods MUST in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Any items purchased in December as gifts are allowed to be returned up to but no later than January 31st (of the following year) so long as the condition rules can be applied from above.  If the goods are damaged or used and no longer in a saleable condition we will be unable to accept them for a refund and the customer will be liable for any and all postage costs.
