Delivery Information

To all our customers: All delivery orders must be signed for at point of delivery.  Please further note that all delivery charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  
Currently we are only able to ship orders to the UK and Ireland we hope to be able to supply the rest of the world very shortly.  Shipping options are dependent on your delivery location, weight, and size of your order. Please see the delivery locations table below for an indication of the shipping costs to your area.  We use Royal Mail to ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely.  All charges listed below are subject to change and include all packing materials required to ensure safe delivery of your item.

Includes all UK postcodes that are not specifically stated in the Highlands and Islands and Channel Island areas below.

DELIVERY SCHEDULING
 
 Delivery Schedules are based from date of despatch from us and in most cases are accurate.  Delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed and can be subject to a number of delays, so we ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery. 
We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases the goods will leave us within 1-2 working days. On occasions where there are stock shortages we will contact you to notify you of any delay. The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery period specified.
